“… we still love the magic of live theatre, and we know that is something we share with you. Which is why we continue to be optimistic and have our eyes set on the 2021 season.
Our plan is to present Arnold Wesker’s one-woman play Annie Wobbler as our next production. Currently, nobody can securely predict if it will be “curtain up” during our usual February slot at Theater an der Marschnerstraße, but we are keeping our fingers crossed. What we do know is that strict social/physical distancing rules will most likely still need to be in place, both on stage and behind the scenes as well as in the auditorium (with probably only about a third of its usual capacity).
We will keep you informed on how things develop, what the actual dates will be and which rules apply within the theatre once the situation is safe enough for the doors to open again. Feel free to check our website for updates as well.”
The play is scheduled for 17 to 27 February 2021.
